Hardest working guide in Florida. Janot was committed to success in my first gator hunt. We worked all night and couldn’t close the deal but we were right back out there the next day and got this 10’6” dinosaur. Awesome experience!

First guided hunt for me and a buddy of mine. It was amazing! Janot was very professional and knows his craft, but also made the hunt very enjoyable and laid back. I personally cannot recommend this guide and outfitter enough. I will be doing a yearly trip with him for the foreseeable future.

We had an AMAZING day on the water with Captain Janot!! He was great with our 8 year old daughter .. who loves to talk and ask A LOT of questions 😂 We caught trout, reds, grouper and a cobia !! Captain Janot is top notch. My sons loved our trip out with him. He knows what he’s doing. Our lines barely hit the water and we were reeling in fish. We are already talking about going back next year.

On Friday, Captain took us on a trip. Although the captain offered to take us on Saturday rather than Friday due to the iffy weather and forecasted winds and chop, Friday was the only day we could go because a buddy was leaving for Virginia on Saturday morning. He moved us to a more safe place and got us on the fish after we tried a bit offshore but it was too choppy. He would shift us to a different location if things were slow. Very helpful in instructing us on right technique; utilized various bait; top-notch equipment. We caught plenty of redfish that were just under the legal limit but released them because we were restricted out on redfish. Variety of fish were caught, and considering the weather, it was a success. It was a nice fishing day regardless of the weather because a variety of fish were caught. After a successful fishing day, we cleaned our catch when we arrived at the dock and went home. I would unquestionably recommend him and fish with him once more. He gave us his all, from beginning to end.

He answered my questions on fishing, spearfishing, scalloping, and catching sharks. Although we scalloped poorly (although that wasn't the Captain's fault), it was a long, hot day nonetheless, and my daughter eventually got to reel in her shark! Well, the captain wasn't at fault for spear fishing either. We caught a huge stingray in addition to a variety of other fish (more than on any prior excursion)! Several fish and scallops were kept, and our children enjoyed themselves (15 yr old boy and girl). Would recommend! I appreciate you taking us out.

My family and I went out on 3 different trips with Captain Janot. We had a blast and came back with plenty to fill the cooler. He is very knowledgeable. We have gone out on different charters in the past and came home empty handed, but on all 3 trips with Janot we came home with fish or frogs on each trip. we highly recommend Fowl Attitude Outfitters.
